Three bars, two restaurants, one nightclub for the right kind of night.
The five venues, and when they're open.

The Pink Palace's social anchor. Cozy, low-key, the kind of bar where the bartender has time for a conversation. Less boom-boom, more a place to sit down with a drink and figure out where the night is going.
Full bar — beers, wine, cocktails, coffee in the morning. Indoor and terrace seating. The room you'll find yourself in more than once.

Where most guests start the morning and end the evening. Big round tables, communal vibe, the food the property runs on.
Open buffet continental breakfast — bread, yogurt, fruit, eggs, cold cuts, the usual. Dinner menu Greek-leaning with rotating international dishes. Indoor and terrace seating. Coffee runs throughout.

A short walk down from the hillside, on the sand. Mediterranean-leaning menu, generous portions, the kind of long lunch that ends with someone ordering another round of drinks instead of dessert.
Dishes and snacks for lunch and through the afternoon. Mediterranean-leaning menu, regularly rotating. Drinks throughout. Sand on your feet, the Ionian in front of you.

The Pink Palace's nightclub. Doesn't open every night — only the big ones. Toga parties, themed nights, the legacy events that keep the name circulating beyond the property.
Drinks only — full bar, no food. Opens for select nights through the season. Schedule lives in the guest app.
Whatever the hour, something's open.
