Terms And Conditions
The Terms & Conditions constitute the whole agreement between you and The Pink Palace, Agios Gordios, Corfu Greece. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that you have not relied on, and shall have no right or remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, assurance or warranty other than as expressly set out in the Terms & Conditions.
1. General
(a)These are the terms and conditions that apply to every booking made through The Pink Palace website. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully as you will be legally bound by them once you have made a booking with us.
(b) In the Terms & Conditions “we”, “us” or “our” means The Pink Palace, Corfu, Agios Gordios, Greece and “you” means the person who has made a booking for accommodation. References to a “room” or “accommodation” include any “optional extras” you buy.
2. Reservations
(a) All room reservations, amendments, or cancellations must be made securely online at www.thepinkpalace.com (“the Website”)
(b) Only accommodation for the first night will be processed online and charged. The balance for your accommodation will be charged upon your arrival. Our site is fully secure having an SSL certificate from Comodo.com. This means all information is encrypted. As part of your booking, you will be required to provide details of a credit card.
(c) After your booking has been completed and submitted, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your booking. All bookings are subject to acceptance by us and our confirmation of your booking constitutes as accepted.
(d) Guests must be able to show photo identification such as a passport or drivers licence when checking in.
3. Amendments, Cancellations and No Shows
(a) Cancellations or amendments to your booking must be completed 96 hours prior to your original check-in date. You cannot cancel a booking after this time. If you cancel or amend your booking after 96 hours prior to your original check-in date, you will not receive any credit for the first night of your booking. The rest of the booking cost will be canceled.
(b) Once you have checked in to The Pink Palace you cannot amend or cancel the related booking.
(c) All bookings are accepted by us in good faith. Should we be unable to provide you with a room that you have booked, we will use all reasonable endeavours to find alternative accommodation nearby which is of a similar standard at no extra charge.
(d) In case we don’t receive a cancellation request and the guest doesn’t show up, then the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
4. Price
Once a booking is confirmed by us, the price for that room will not be altered unless the booking is amended or cancelled.
5. Room types
The Pink Palace rooms vary by type and have slight variations. During the booking process, should the room you require not be available, then an alternative will be displayed. Please ensure that your booking reflects your requirements.
6. Check in and out times
The Pink Palace operates on a 24 hour basis. You can check-in at any time of the day as long as the rooms are ready latest is 01:00pm. Check out must be made by 10.00am on the last day of your stay. We provide a luggage room and you are more than welcome to use all our facilities and showers for the rest of the day.
7. Damage & Behaviour
You must take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage or interference with any items belonging to us. Guests are requested to bring any damage to our hotel or property to our immediate attention. Malicious, wilful, or negligent damage or interference to our hotel or property will be regarded as a breach of these bookings terms and conditions and we will terminate your booking. You may also be required to cover the cost of replacement, cleaning or repair prior to your departure.
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges.
8. Data Accuracy
(a) Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the material contained on the Website is accurate, we do not warrant or represent its accuracy and disclaim to the maximum extent permitted by law all warranties expressed or implied by statute, custom or usage relating to the information contained in the Website.
(b) We shall have no responsibility for any loss of, or damage to, any of your property left in your room during your stay. We provide free safety deposit boxes for any valuable item you might carry.
9. Data Protection
The Pink Palace will retain all personal information which you provide through the Website in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
The trade marks used on this Website are owned or licensed by The Pink Palace. You may not download or use the material on the Website for your own commercial or non-commercial, use. Otherwise, the material may not be reproduced, published, distributed, amended, downloaded or otherwise used unless you have obtained The Pink Palace express prior written permission.
11.Privacy Policy
The Pink Palace Privacy Policy sets out what information we collect, how we collect it, and what we do with it. In all your dealings with us you must ensure that others you represent are aware of the content of our Privacy Policy and consent to your acting on their behalf.
12.Your Information
This is information you (and the people in your party that you represent) supply to us such as your name, contact details, payment procedures and cancellations.

We use your information for the purposes of providing you with our services such as holiday and business accommodation. We may disclose and process your information outside the EEA. In order for you to travel abroad, it may be mandatory (as required by government authorities at the point(s) of departure and/or destination) to disclose and process your information for immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which they determine appropriate. Even if not mandatory, we may exercise our discretion to assist where appropriate.
