Admin / Reception

Our administration team at The Pink Palace is responsible for ensuring the Resort operates at the highest level possible. You will often be the first and last point of contact for our guests and have a massive influence on the quality of their stay.

What you will be doing

Working under the Reception Manager you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range or administrative and reception duties.

This includes things like:

  • Checking guests in and out
  • Assisting guests with inquiries and bookings
  • Resolving any issues the guest may have
  • Processing bookings
  • Cash handling
  • General administrative duties

 

 Requirements

  • You must be a hard worker that can operate with limited supervision
  • You must be friendly and capable of interacting with a wide range of people
  • You must be professional and capable of offering a high level of customer service
  • You must speak English
